Flux started in 2022 with a simple frustration: brilliant service businesses were held back by their own tech. Slow websites that never ranked, leads scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets, and hours lost every week to work a script could do. The talent was there. The systems weren't.
We began by rebuilding one client's setup end to end, the site, the CRM, the automation behind them, then did it again for the next, and the next. Each time the same thing happened: the busywork disappeared and the business could finally grow without adding headcount.
